If your item arrived damaged, attach clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Await our response
We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the item back
Send the item using a tracked service (if required). We'll confirm the return address.
The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.
